Position APIP Accounts Manager Location of Employment Part Time in Mongolia and Part Time in the UK/US Commencement of Employment Available immediately Duration of Contract For a minimum of six months, can be extended up tonine months and then to a full year, further extension is subject to negotiations with management but possible. Applicant Requirements Asia Pacific Investment Partners is looking for a trustworthy, energetic and capable after sales manager who can look after all of APIP's clients and help the various administration departments in their tasks. The tasks involved are varied but range from completing a transaction, assisting clients with queries, arranging the client property inspection visits. Keeping their online accounts up to date and in good order and assisting the sales team in their transactions. Description of Environment Asia Pacific Investment Partners, founded in 2001, is an investment company that is primarily focused on the emerging markets. Unlike many private equity firms, APIP often assumes majority operating stakes in its portfolio companies and in a number of cases enters into a new sector through the creation and incubation of a new corporation. Description of Employment The candidate will need to extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs as well as enthusiasm, personal discipline and a basic grasp of accounting, overseas experience in a an international organization a plus. The tasks of the Accounts Manager will be lease with local and overseas clients, answer their questions, and manage their transaction status and making information available to them. The Accounts Manager will also be responsible to lease with the sales director and Mongolian Properties Management and APIP Management on a regular basis to update them on transactions and current issues. Conditions of Employment Housing: Will be provided while in Mongolia in a shared apartment with other employees. Transport: Position will provide vehicle for transportation and private driver whilst in Mongolia and when required. 1 flight a year will be paid for to return to Europe. Food and Entertainment: The applicant will be given food discounts at selected restaurants of the APIP group while in Mongolia. Entertainment expenses can be provided at selected locations while in Mongolia. Bonus Scheme: Position entitles candidate to be eligible for the company bonus scheme after six months of employment. Health Insurance: Candidate eligible for subsidized health care after 6 months of employment. Salary: To be discussed with management. Trial Period: One months during which only salary included.
