    Restaurants and Nightclubs
With a growing portfolio of dining and entertainment venues APIP is very excited about the future.  Having just recently opened the Oasis Lounge and Nightclub (www.mongolia-nightclub) we are very excited that it has become one of the most popular spots in central Ulaanbaatar serving both the local and expatriate community. We hope to have more exciting new entertainment projects coming soon.
    
    
    Hotels, Resorts, and Guest Houses
    The APIP pipeline is looking quite full in this particular category and we hope to open Mongolian Resorts Lodge by the fourth quarter of 2007. In addition the plans for our first Hotel in central Ulaanbataar are underway with construction to be started in Spring of 2008.
